When Megan’s not off adventuring with her gorgeous dog Ted and her partner, you’ll find her at Merle creating long-lasting blondes and beautifully tailored haircuts.

She has an incredible eye for detail, which shows in her stunning colour work. Megan also offers micro bead extensions and keratin smoothing treatments. We feel so lucky to have her on the team!

Lovely Lucy—our resident thesaurus and all-round gem! Not only is she a talented hairdresser, but also a mum, a partner, and the interior designer of the beautiful home she and her family are building.

Lucy is an incredible stylist, known for her flawless blow waves and attention to detail in every haircut. Her blondes grow out seamlessly, and her warm brunettes are absolutely stunning. She offers a range of services, including keratin smoothing treatments and, of course, her signature master blow waves.

We’re so excited to have Libby on the team at Merle! She’s fun, bubbly, and brings such great energy to the salon. When she’s not behind the chair, you’ll likely find her at a music festival or hanging out with her gorgeous dog, Floki.

Libby’s known for her work with rich, vibrant brunettes and is just as incredible with blondes. She brings a real sense of care and professionalism to everything she does—and we absolutely love having her as part of the Merle family.

Jess is a proud mum of two, and when she’s not in the salon, you’ll find her out in nature or cheering from the sidelines at a sports game.

She loves working with long hair and creating stunning blondes, with an incredible eye for detail. Jess is also passionate about sharing her knowledge to help clients maintain healthy, beautiful hair. We’re so lucky to have her as part of the Merle team.

Michele is the owner of Merle, alongside her husband Danny, and she absolutely loves the team she gets to work with every day. When she’s not in the salon, she’s with her family—usually at a sports practice or game, making plenty of noise from the sidelines!

Michele specialises in a mix of balayage and foils for her blondes and loves creating soft, textured looks for both blondes and brunettes. She also offers tape and weft extension services.
